ACCOMODATIONS:
1° OLYMPIC SPORT VILLAGE AT THE ¨PARQUE NIÑOS HEROES: The Olympic Sport Village is
located in front of the bike and running circuit where the event will take place, and 2 km approximately
from the swimming pool. The special cost through the organization is $150 Mexican pesos per person
per night. The rooms are for 4 to 8 persons with showers and toilets. ( in case the rate change, I will let
you know )
The restaurant is open during the day, the cost through the organization is $ 50 Mexican pesos per
meal, and you can stay before, during and after the race if you want. I advise you to make the
reservation as soon as possible, because they have few available rooms
The rooms for 4 persons have 2 bunks (all the rooms have sheets and pillows), 1 sink, 1 bathroom, 1
shower. The rooms for 6 persons have 3 bunks 1 sink, 1 bathroom, 1 shower. The rooms for 8 persons
have 4 bunks, 2 sinks, 2 bathrooms separated and 2 showers also separated by a door. All of the
rooms have telephone, air conditioner and heater. The village has 4 floors and no elevator, only stairs.
2° HOTEL HAMPTON INN & SUITES NORTE:
Cost per room $ 65 dlls plus 17% tax, 4 km from
circuit, it offers free transportation from 6 AM to 10 PM, Phone:(5281) 8305-2400,reservations

ADDRESS: Ave. Universidad 501 Col Roble San Nicolás de los Garza N.L: Both the bike and run
circuit at the ¨Parque Niños Heroes¨ are about 4 km approximately from the Hotel.
Free American Breakfast buffet, Free Local Calls and Free 1-800 connections. Free transportation up
to 10 Kms. from hotel upon prior reservation. Free scheduled transportation to airport upon prior
reservation within 24 hours. Business services, including fax and photocopier.
SERVICES DURING THE RACE
ELECTRONIC CHIP'S SYSTEM: The control of times, laps and results will be taken with the electronic
chip's system , the competitor will be responsible for returning both chips to the organizing committee
when concluding the competition otherwise he will pay the quantity of $100 dlls.
RESTAURANT: The restaurant in the race site will be open 24 hours during the race, which includes a
breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Plus an all night open snack bar. This service is free only for the
competitors. The price for the support crew and friends will be of $15 US dlls. per day per person.
MEALS: Spaghetti, rice, baked potatoes, meat with tomato sauce, bread, eggs, hot cakes, pastries,
sandwiches, tacos, sausage, soups, hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, fish, salad, vegetables, granola
bars, cookies, marmalade, cereal, salt, sugar, butter, honey, banana, oranges, Powerade, Coca Cola,
purified water, mineral water, tea, milk, chocolate milk, etc.
ACCOMODATION DURING THE RACE: The competitor and support crew may bring their own
sleeping bag and tent. There will be a place to install the tent beside the circuit. On the same area
there will be restrooms for men and women. The athletes that want to stay at the Olympic Sport
Villages are just 50 meters away from the bike and running circuit, and if you wish you can rest there.
OTHER SERVICES: The organization will provide during the event to the athletes and their support
crew :

*Chairs and tables in the race site
*Washing and dryer machine in the Olympic sport village
*Security: Policemen 24 hours every day in the race site.
*Medical check-up: Mandatory medical check-up every 24 hours in the race site.
*Internet with 3 computers and 2 telephones in the race site
