DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT                                                                         4
SWIMMING 3.8 km:  
OPTION 1° Olympic indoor swimming pool at the University of Nuevo Leon, it counts with heating system.
OPTION 2°  Olympic outdoor swimming pool at the Sociedad Cuahutemoc y famosa (SCyF) not heating system
and semi-Olympic swimming pool with heating system. 
The organization it will provide water, coca cola, Powerade, chairs and tables during the swimming stage. The
distance from the pool to the cycling/running-track is 1.905 km
FROM THE SWIMMING POOL TO THE CYCLING CIRCUIT:  
When the competitor finished the swimming portion they should ride their bike to the bike circuit with the
protection of the police but the competitor must follow the police's regulation laws
CYCLING: 
The 180 km of the biking stage will take place in a circuit of 1.915 km, closed to traffic 100% illuminated, 95%
flat with 5% slight or hill inside the Parque Niños Heroes, with a total of 93 laps to cover 178.095  km plus 1.905
km is the distance between the swimming pool to the biking circuit.
RUNNING:
The run will take place in the same circuit of the cycling stage in the opposite sense. Each lap will have 1.886
km, with a total of 22 laps to cover the distance of 41.492 km plus one additional short lap of 0.703 km.
TRANSITION AREA:
The first transition area will be in the swimming pool and the organization will provide bathrooms and dressing
rooms for man and women. The second transition area will be in the Parque Niños Heroes at the start and finish
line; the organization will provide bathrooms and tents for men and women.
TOTAL DISTANCE:
The total distance of the event is 38 km swim, 1,800 km bike and 422 km run but the way to do it, is to complete
the distance of one Ironman per day, that means that every competitor has 24 hours to finish the distance of 3.8
km swim, 180 km bike and 42.2 km run in order to finish the total distance within 10 days.
ONE IRONMAN PER DAY:
The competitors have a limit of 24 hours to finish each Iron, the remaining time is free, but they must start each
day at 09:00 AM with the swimming pool until finishing the complete Deca Ironman
The organization will add the times from each competitor when finishing each Iron to determine the official
places of each one.
    
If the competitor doesn't finish one or more Ironman he/she can continue and the organization will add the
finished kilometers to determine the position that he/she will obtain.
